GETTING TO KNOW US - Odell freeman
Odell Freeman was born in Alabama in her grandparents’ home but raised in Chicago, Illinois, by her precious mother. She was the oldest of four siblings, a studious and curious child, known for asking questions. She accepted Jesus Christ in grade school and has always loved the Lord. Odell relocated to Houston, Texas in 1991. Her only son, Will, serves in the United States military. He is married to Jessica and combined they are the parents of five biological and bonus children. Odell enjoys traveling, especially to spend time with her grandchildren.
For the last 29 years, Odell has been a part of intercessory prayer groups and prayer teams, interceding for leaders, marriages, children, and healings, to name a few. She was a leader in children’s ministry teaching on Sundays and providing pastoral coaching to children through Kids Freedom ministry. Odell served as a leader for several years in a Freedom Inner Healing ministry and co-led a women’s bible study. She was also an active member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, whose mission was to serve the motorcycle community at biker rallies, various events , offer prayer to motorcyclists, bless their bikes, and build relationships. Since 2012, she has served as the adjutant for a minister with a prophetic anointing, traveling within the United States. In addition, Odell believes in supporting and participating in missions to the nations.
Odell is the founder and director of Healed Hearts Ministries, a 501(c)(3) Christian non-profit organization. This ministry provides faith-based prayer, pastoral coaching (inner healing sessions for soul wounds) and discipleship. Prayer and healing for the spirit, soul and body. In November 2022, she received a Practitioner Certification from Global Awakening, College of Ministry, for completion of levels 1 & 2 of physical healing, emotional healing and deliverance, as being trained and equipped for the work of the ministry. In May 2017, Odell earned a master’s degree in Practical Theology from The King's University. She is an ordained minister in fellowship with Grace International, a global family of churches that covers and connects pastors, plants churches and equips leaders.
Odell enjoys reading, listening to music and riding her motorcycle. She is passionate about prayer and helping hurting people receive inner healing/deliverance by receiving and experiencing the love of Jesus Christ.
GETTING TO KNOW US - mARIA KUNGULIO
Maria Kungulio is a devoted wife, stay at home mom of two amazing sons, and caregiver to her elderly mother. She has a powerful testimony of God’s redemption and even when things looked impossible, God’s dream for her life came to pass. Her power praying mother who was sterile, by faith, believed God for a daughter that she promised to name Maria De Jesus and instruct her in the things of Jesus Christ all the days of her life. Fourteen years later, God granted the miracle and Maria’s mother kept her promise by never letting her forget who she truly belonged too!
Touched by the Holy Spirit at a very young age, on fire as a teen, yet rebellion overtook her life as she ran from church, home, and everything she was taught and stood for in her youth. She grew to hate church and this caused her to run right into the arms of the enemy, but God. She has a powerful testimony of redemption, healing, and restoration.
Maria worked in the dental industry for over 25 years, is a certified social worker and attended San Jacinto College. She has over 32 years of Christian teaching experience at several churches, Blessing TV, and Radio Alleluya. She attended several bible schools such as Canzion Institute, Grace School of Worship, College of Biblical Studies, and Inspire Women Leadership Academy. Her training and most classes have been on prayer, spiritual warfare, deliverance, and inner healing.
Maria’s original plan was to work only with children, but as she drew closer to the Lord, he revealed a different plan for her. She is amazed how God has given her a heart for the city of Pasadena, Texas, a place she has called home since she was 9 months old. This city is where God has called her to begin teaching in the community with Healed Hearts Ministries.
She is not ashamed and often shares her struggles, experiences, and knowledge of how to overcome everyday trials to live a victorious life. She is an amazing teacher and considered by many to conduct energetic and encouraging classes. Her passion in life is her relationship with Christ, family, and teaching; helping equip others to a closer relationship with Christ is her highest goal. Her hobbies are cooking, gardening, crafting, reading, watching movies and nature.
